  • 01 / How do I search for accommodation?


    Fill out the reservation request form on our web site. We will let you know by e-mail about the availability and the applicable total price.
    You can also always either call or email us, and we will gladly give you a price quote and answer any other questions you may have.

  • 02 / How do I make a reservation?


    After you receive the information about the available dates and applicable rates from Bomonti Residence, you can make your reservation by fax or e-mail. Please not that the reservation is not complete until %25 deposit is received by Bomonti Residence.

  • 03 / How do I pay?


    The preferred method of Payment is credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AmEx. When paying with credit, you can pay online or over the phone. You can also pay by wire transfer. The wire transfer information is stated on your rental agreement.

  • 04 / What is the payment schedule?


    After the receipt of the 25% deposit we confirm your booking. In order to secure your reservation you need to pay the balance for the first month and the security deposit, no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date.

    Please note that your reservation is not complete until the Rental Agreement is signed and the payments are made in full.

  • 05 / What is the refundable security deposit?


    The damage deposit is secured by Bomonti Residence to ensure that there is no damage to the property and that the terms agreed to in the rental agreement are followed. Deposit is usually refunded within 1 day of your departure date, assuming that there is no damage to the property and no other incidents happened during your stay. The deposit amount is 1000 Euros.

  • 06 / When do I receive confirmation of my booking?


    Confirmations are sent to you by email within 48 hours of receipt of funds and the signed Rental Agreement.

  • 07 / Where do I pick up the keys for the home?


    Cancellations that are made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date are subject to 50 Euros processing fee and 5% credit card handling charge. 50% of the reservation deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date forfeit the full payment for the first month. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

  • 08 / What if I need to make changes to an existing reservation?


    You can either email or fax us. The rules for amending a reservation are stated on the Rental Agreement.

  • 09 / What are the check-in and check-out times?


    Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is noon.

  • 10 / What if I need to check-in early or check-out late?


    If there is a same day reservation, we can store your luggage on the rental property until you need to leave. If there is not a same day reservation, we can arrange a late check-out or an early check-in, please ask Management Office for details.

  • 11 / What are the maximum occupancy rules?


    Maximum occupancy is clearly stated under each apartment’s web page. The maximum occupancy will also be clearly stated in the rental agreement. If the maximum allowable occupancy is breached, deposit may be forfeited, and there may be cause for immediate eviction.

  • 12 / Is the cleaning service included in the price?


    A bi-weekly cleaning service and change of linen and towels are included in your rate. Additional cleaning can be arranged with the Management Office at applicable charge.

  • 13 / What other services do you provide?


    Our Management Office may assist you with airport transfers, car service, city tours, restaurant reservations, grocery shopping, dry cleaning etc. Please note that these services are not included in the price.

  • 14 / Do you offer parking?


    No. However there is a public parking around the corner, about 50 meters from the property.

  • 15 / What is your minimum stay requirement?


    We have a 7 night minimum stay requirement.

  • 16 / Are utilities included? Are there taxes? What about hidden costs?


    There are no additional taxes or hidden costs involved or charged to you in any form whatsoever. Provided that the usages are within normal limits and there is no negligence like leaving the air conditioning or appliances on when leaving the apartment for a long period of time (or for days on end) or not reporting a sink leaking/toilet running and incurring a huge water bill, in which case the usage is charged against the deposit.

  • 17 / Do you have smoking and no-smoking rooms?


    Bomonti Residence is a non-smoking property.

  • 18 / Do you take pets?


    No.
